ELLIS – European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems – is a pan-European network of excellence in Artificial Intelligence, focused on fundamental research, technical innovation, and societal impact.
Founded in 2018, the same year as artea.com, ELLIS focuses on Machine Learning as a key driver of modern AI and aims to strengthen Europe’s leadership in this highly competitive field by creating a multi-centre research laboratory.
artea is a partner of the Digital Innovation Observatories
The DIGITAL INNOVATION OBSERVATORIES of the School of Management at Politecnico di Milano were established in 1999 and are now a leading reference point for Digital Innovation in Italy, combining research, communication, and continuous knowledge sharing.
Their mission is to create and disseminate knowledge about the opportunities and impacts of digital technologies on businesses, public administrations, and citizens, through interpretative models based on solid empirical evidence and independent forums for discussion.

ASSOLOMBARDA is the association representing companies operating in the Metropolitan City of Milan and in the provinces of Lodi, Monza and Brianza, and Pavia. In terms of size and representation, it is the largest association within the Confindustria system.
